Please note, the date listed above is the date of payment due— not the event date.
Congratulations! You've been accepted as a vendor at the SFMade Holiday Fair on December 9th at Fort Mason. Please make a payment by Wednesday, September 26th. If we do not receive payment from you we will have to release your spot to another vendor. The pricing is as follows:
$175 for one 6 x 4 table
$250 for two 6 x 4 tables
Due to Fort Mason Center policy, we are required to apply for a temprary events permit from the Department of Public Health. Food vendors giving out unwrapped samples will be required to fill out and return temporary food permit applications to SFMade no later than three weeks prior to the event, and be prepared for inspection by the health department at the event.
NOTE: Please select only one of the two ticket types (ONE TABLE or TWO TABLES).
